APPLE DABBLE CAKE




1 + 1/2 CUPS CRISCO OIL

3 EGGS

2 CUPS SUGAR

2 TSP VANILLA

3 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR

1 TSP BAKING SODA

1 TSP SALT

1 TSP CINNAMON

3 CUPS CHOPPED APPLES-GOLDEN DELICIOUS OR FUGI WORK WELL

1 CUP CHOPPED NUTS

CREAM TOGETHER THE OIL, EGGS, SUGAR & VANILLA. SIFT TOGETHER THE FLOUR, SODA,SALT AND CINNAMON, ADD TO THE EGG MIXTURE. ADD THE NUTS & APPLES, POUR INTO A BUNDT PAN, & BAKE @ 350 FOR 1-1 & 1/2 HOURS OR UNTIL DONE. COOL AND DUST WITH POWDERED SUGAR.
