BILL'S
GORGANZOLA PASTA
This
is a very simple recipe which is what I have taken to making these
days.
Boil water for your pasta -I used Penne noodles but anything will work.
In another skillet, saute shallots or onions in some butter or olive oil. I used four shallots. I cut up about 8 sundried tomatoes (buy them in bulk from Sams) and added them to the shallots and butter. Then
put a couple of ounces of your favorite cheese, I used Gorganzola and let it melt in your butter and shallots. When the cheese melted, I poured in a cup of cream and let it all mix and melt on low heat.
I microwaved 3 slices of bacon in the the microwave till they were crispy to add later along with some toasted and salted shelled pumpkin seeds. Then I poured that over my cooked pasta and added a hunk
of french baguette and voila, food happened!
