BILL'S STUFFED DATE APPITIZERS

It is very easy. Take a pitted dried date and slice it open half way.

Put in a some of your favorite cheese-I used crumbled blue cheese and put a smoked almond in there.

Wrap a half piece of bacon or a third if it will work and put a toothpick in it to hold it into place.

Then bake it at 350 for ten minutes or until the bacon is brown and voila', you have an appetizer that people will rave about.
