DOUBLE CHOCOLATE MOCHA TRIFLE
1 PACKAGE (18.25 OUNCES) BROWNIE MIX (PLUS INGREDIENTS TO MAKE BROWNIES)
1 & 3/4 CUPS COLD MILK
2 PACKAGES (3.4 OUNCES EACH) WHITE CHOCOLATE INSTANT PUDDING
MIX1/4 CUP WARM WATER WITH 4 TEASPOONS INSTANT COFFEE GRANULES
2 CUPS COOL WHIP
3 TOFFEE BARS (1.5 OUNCES EACH) COARSELY CHOPPED (MAY USE SKOR OR HEATH CHIPS)
BAKE THE BROWNIES ACCORDING TO THE CAKE-LIKE INSTRUCTIONS IN A 9X13 PAN. COOL.WHISK THE PUDDING MIX WITH THE MILK UNTIL IT BEGINS TO THICKEN. DISSOLVE THE COFFEE GRANULES IN THE WATER AND ADD TO THE PUDDING MIXTURE, MIX WELL, FOLD IN THE COOL WHIP. CUT THE BROWNIES INTO 1 INCH CUBES. CHOP THE TOFFEE BARS. LAYER 1/3 OF THE BROWNIES INTO A TRIFLE BOWL, TOP WITH 1/3 OF THE PUDDING MIX, SPRINKLE 1/3 OF THE TOFFEE CHIPS ON TOP OF THE PUDDING AND REPEAT THE LAYERS TWICE MORE. CHILL 30 MINUTES BEFORE SERVING.
