POTATO SALAD



1 CUP MAYONNAISE
2 TABLESPOONS WHITE VINEGAR
1 & 1/2 TEASPOONS ONION SALT
1/4 TEASPOON PEPPER
1 TEASPOON SUGAR
4 CUPS COOKED CUBED POTATOES
1 CUP CHOPPED CELERY
2 HARD BOILED EGGS, CHOPPED
CHOPPED PICKLES IF DESIRED

MIX THE MAYONNAISE, VINEGAR, SALT, PEPPER AND SUGAR TOGETHER.
TOSS WITH THE VEGGIES TILL WELL COATED. YOU CAN ADD SOME CHOPPED RED OR GREEN ONION IF DESIRED. CHILL.
