Hawaiian Banana Nut Bread

HAWAIIAN BANANA NUT BREAD


3 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
2 CUPS SUGAR
1 TEASPOON BAKING SODA
1 TEASPOON SALT
1 TEASPOON CINNAMON
1 CUP CHOPPED NUTS
3 EGGS, BEATEN
1 & 1/2 CUPS VEGETABLE OIL
2 CUPS MASHED BANANAS
1 (8 OUNCE) CAN CRUSHED PINEAPPLE, DRAINED
2 TEASPOONS VANILLA

COMBINE THE DRY INGREDIENTS. STIR IN NUTS. SET ASIDE. COMBINE REMAINING INGREDIENTS. ADD TO DRY INGREDIENTS. STIR JUST UNTIL BATTER IS MOISTENED. SPOON BATTER INTO 2 GREASED AND FLOURED 9"X5" LOAF PANS. BAKE AT 350 FOR 65 MINUTES. COOL FOR 10 MINUTES BEFORE REMOVING FROM PANS.
