PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES

1/2 CUP BUTTER
1/2 CUP PEANUT BUTTER
1/2 CUP GRANULATED SUGAR
1/2 CUP BROWN SUGAR
1 EGG
1 TEASPOON VANILLA
1 & 1/4 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
3/4 TEASPOON BAKING SODA
1/4 TEASPOON SALT

CREAM TOGETHER THE BUTTER, PEANUT BUTTER, SUGARS, EGG AND VANILLA. BLEND IN THE FLOUR, BAKING SODA AND SALT. SHAPE INTO 1 INCH BALLS.

ROLL IN GRANULATED SUGAR AND PLACE 2 INCHES APART ON AN UNGREASED COOKIE SHEET. PRESS A FORK INTO THE BALL TO MAKE CRISS CROSS SHAPE AND BAKE AT 375 FOR 10 MINUTES. COOL.
