SUE'S APRICOT-CRANBERRY BREAD


1 BOX JIFFY BISCUIT MIX OR 2 CUPS BISQUICK
3/4 CUP SUGAR
2 EGGS
1/2 CUP BUTTER
1 TEASPOON VANILLA EXTRACT
1/2 TEASPOON ALMOND EXTRACT
1/2 CUP CHOPPED DRIED APRICOTS
1/2 CUP CHOPPED DRIED CRANBERRIES
ZEST OF ONE FRESH ORANGE
JUICE OF ONE FRESH ORANGE
1/2 CUP CHOPPED NUTS

CREAM THE BUTTER, SUGAR, AND EGGS TOGETHER, ADD THE EXTRACTS, JUICE AND ZEST. ADD THE JIFFY MIX (OR BISQUICK), FRUIT AND NUTS.SPRAY OR GREASE INDIVIDUAL LOAF PANS (8) AND DIVIDE BATTER EQUALLY BETWEEN THEM. BAKE AT 350 FOR 25-30 MINUTES, OR UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN.
