Pecan Pie Muffins

1/2 cup flour
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
2 eggs (beaten)
2/3 cup softened butter


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a bowl, mix flour, sugar and pecans. In separate bowl, beat eggs and butter together.
Fold wet mixture into dry mixture until mixed.

Spray foil muffin cups with cooking spray.

Fill muffin cups 2/3 full and bake for 20-24 minutes or until golden brown.
