1 POUND CRUMBLED COOKED SAUSAGE OR 2 CUPS CHOPPED HAM
4 EGGS, BEATEN
2 CUPS GRATED CHEDDAR OR SWISS CHEESE
1/4 CUP ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
1 CAN EVAPORATED MILK OR 1 CUP HALF AND HALF
1/2 TEASPOON GARLIC POWDER
PEPPER TO TASTE
1 TEASPOON DILL WEED
GREEN ONIONS, CHOPPED
LINE PIE PAN WITH PASTRY SHELL. HEAT OVEN TO 350
COMBINE THE MEAT, EGGS, CHEESE, FLOUR, MILK, AND SEASONINGS. I CHANGE SEASONINGS FOR DIFFERENT TASTES, ALL ARE ACCORDING TO WHATEVER YOU DESIRE AT THE MOMENT.POUR INTO THE PIE SHELL AND BAKE FOR AN HOUR.
