CRUST
3 OUNCES CREAM CHEESE
1 STICK BUTTER
1 CUP ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
1/8 TEASPOON SALT
CUT THE CREAM CHEESE, BUTTER, FLOUR AND SALT TOGETHER TO MAKE A DOUGH.DIVIDE DOUGH INTO 12 MUFFIN TIN AND LINE WITH PASTRY CRUST.
FILLING
1/2 POUND GROUND BEEF, BULK SAUSAGE, BACON, OR HAM
1 & 1/3 CUPS SHREDDED SWISS CHEESE
6 GREEN ONIONS CHOPPED ( 1/3 CUP )
4 EGGS, BEATEN
1 & 13 CUPS SOUR CREAM
1 TEASPOON SALT
1 TEASPOON WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
1/4 TEASPOON PEPPER
PAPRIKA
COOK AND STIR MEAT UNTIL BROWNED - DRAIN.
MIX WITH THE CHEESE AND ONION. FILL THE PASTRY LINED MUFFIN TINS 1/2 FULL OF THE MEAT MIXTURE.
MIX THE EGGS, ONIONS, SOUR CREAM, SALT, PEPPER AND WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE. SPOON THE EGG MIXTURE EQUALLY OVER THE MEAT AND SPRINKLE WITH PAPRIKA. BAKE AT 350 FOR 30 MINUTES UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN.
COOL 5 MINUTES AND REMOVE FROM THE PAN.
