SUE'S CHICKEN TENDERS

THESE CHICKEN TENDERS ARE A FAVORITE OF OURS AND I 'EYEBALL' THE AMOUNTS WHEN MAKING THEM. ADJUST THE AMOUNTS OF INGREDIENTS TO YOUR TASTE.

1 FRESH PACKAGE OF CHICKEN TENDERS
3-4 EGGS, BEATEN
1/2-3/4 CUP LEMON JUICE
ITALIAN BREAD CRUMBS
PARMESAN CHEESE
PAPRIKA
PARSLEY FLAKES
GARLIC POWDER
PEPPER
ONION SALT

MIX THE BEATEN EGGS AND LEMON JUICE TOGETHER AND MARINADE THE CHICKEN TENDERS WITH IT FOR AN HOUR OR SO.
MIX 3 CUPS OF ITALIAN BREAD CRUMBS WITH 1 CUP OF PARMESAN CHEESE,
SEASON WITH PAPRIKA, PARSLEY, GARLIC POWDER, PEPPER, ONION SALT TO TASTE.
ROLL THE CHICKEN TENDERS IN THE BREAD CRUMB MIXTURE, REDIP INTO THE EGG MIXTURE AND ROLL IN THE BREAD CRUMBS AGAIN.
HEAT CRISCO OIL IN THE FRYING PAN AND ADD A STICK OF BUTTER. WHEN MELTED, ADD THE CHICKEN TENDERS AND FRY UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN.
